What I learned from a cab (taxi) driver

People think most valuable lessons can only be learned by spending time with the CEO, Boss or a Politician but in reality common man like milkman, street sweeper or even a cab driver can teach volumes of wisdom.

Our CEO, Boss or any other highly reputed person may teach us how to earn money but common man teaches us how to earn a fortune. A common man talks with 10 times more people than any other man so he get more ideas in a day than all of us combined. Common man many not have financial resources to materialize those ideas but once in action they can give you fortune.

How to unleash your Creativity

Some say creativity is a gifted ability while others believe that creativity can be unleashed or tapped whenever needed. But I truly believe what Napoleon Hill said in his best seller Think and Grow RichHuman brains are blessed with an enormous ability to be creative but main problem is most of the people don’t know how to unleash their infinite reserves of creative intelligence.”

Newton came across gravitational energy when he was relaxing under a tree. Einstein came across theory of relativity when was relaxing. Thomas Edison faced problems when inventing light bulb. He tapped in his creative brains while he was relaxing on the beach.

From the above examples and many more we can surely observe that human brains tap into their creative brains when they are relaxed. The universe is filled with infinite possibilities we just have to learn how to tap into our creative brains.

Creative Visualization: A simple technique to achieve goals

Creative Visualization

All things are created twice: first in our minds, and then in reality. Alexander Graham Bell creatively Visualized telephone before he created the masterpiece. Einstein gave the theory of relativity just by Visualizing himself in space and then mentally concluding the result.

Creative visualization is a powerful tool that allows you to communicate the things you desire to your subconscious mind. When would you see the results? I have no definite answer for you but most often, the ‘magic bullet’ to your desires will come least expected.

Imagination is more important than knowledge. If you truly believe on yourself then only you can achieve your dreams. Achieving goals by using Creative Visualization is a scientifically proven method for attaining goals in Life. Read the rest of this entry »

Life Lessons from SpongeBob Squarepants

Everything in the universe has a purpose. Indeed, the invisible intelligence that flows through everything in a purposeful fashion is also flowing through you. The only difference between successful and unsuccessful people is reflection. Highly successful people reflect and try to find meaning in everything. I myself love watching cartoons a lot and especially SpongeBob is one of my inspirations. With a bit of reflection and jot down some lessons which I recently learned from this cute cartoon character.

How to solve your problems with Prayer

Ever had an experience that you are facing a problem and then suddenly a perfect solution comes into your mind which works out really well. Ever wondered how it is possible that your brain delivers a perfect solution with just an Ada moment. I use power of prayer to solve my problems from quite some time and this works perfectly well.

Our schools teach us to polish our left hemisphere of the brain which only consists of 10% of our overall potential. But the rest 90% of our brain potential lies in the right hemisphere, known as the “creative brain.” When solving problems we normally use our analytical, logical skills part of the brain. But if we first visualize our problem and send a message to our sub conscious mind we will get a solution by our higher self and this solution sets perfectly well. ALLAH Subhan o Tala blessed us with a beautiful mind and its upto us to use it efficiently.

The String Theory

“Human brain has a capacity to overcome the whole cosmos in the universe. Brain can process 1,00,000,000 instructions per second.” Mazahib aur Aqal e Insani. That is the actual capacity of human brain.

Since school I had a belief that smallest particle in the universe is atom. But recently I saw in the program Mazahib aur Aqal e Insani that latest research found a theory called “String theory.” String theory says that “Apart from electrons in an atom there are particles smaller in the atom known as quarks. Quarks are made of tiny strings which are composed of light.”

Life Beyond Degree

Our parents set limited goals for us. This is the mind set. My son / daughter will complete his / her education, get a degree and finally job. This is the overall goal set by our parents for us. But Life is Beyond Degree.

Degree will help you to face problems in your life; degree will open the first door in your practical life. Your talent will open the second but it’s your attitude that will open rest of the doors. Now there is a difference between talent and attitude. Talent is your inborn ability while attitude is what you do with your talent. Let me elaborate with an example. Saeed Anwar (famous Pakistani cricketer) was born talented but as “Practice makes man perfect”. He practiced hard. 55 days of consistent practice. He practice for 2 hours, play a game, practice for 2 hours then play a game. Now this is consistency towards your goal. If you have a goal in life you have to make gradual increments on daily basics to achieve your goal.

Problems will be there but “Don’t bring your problems to the marketplace bring your skills”. One of my favorite lines from the movie Rocky Balboa in which Sylvester Stallone to his son “Life is a very mean and nasty place, it will throw you down to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it but it’s not how hard you get hit; it’s how hard you can take and keep moving forward”.
