  • How does wearing Gucci sun glasses makes you feel..
  • How does wearing Kelvin Klein makes you feel…

One thing common with all these brands is that we all love them…. we treat them as part of our family… we feel pride in being part of the tribe…

Same goes for Successful brands…. basic difference between Successful and Unsuccessful brands is for Successful brands Customers don’t just like it, them fall in Love with the brand

If Customers only like your brand they will leave you when they see a competitor with low pricing or greater product range… bit Customers who love you will stick with you for Life…

Been working in for quite some time now and with my learning I truly believe that in order for people to love your brand; you need to give them Wowness of experience (as suggested by Tony in “Delivering Happiness”).. treat them with respect… give them credit for new product ideas… give them unexpected upgrades…. treat your Customers with care and they will market your brand like their own…. feel free to share your experience with brands… and for the concluding note check this Brands Love Curve
