We all believe that whatever happen, happens for a reason but most of us fail to act accordingly. When we succeed we take the crown ourself but when we fail, we blame it on others. This is the common human nature. To run away from problems and to enjoy the victory. But as the saying goes “A ship in port is safe, but that’s not what ships are built for.” Whenever bad things happen to good people we assume that Allah is being unfair to them. But on the contrary its entirely different. Problems come in various forms not to break us but to make us stronger. As the Quran say:
“Verily, After Hardship Comes Ease.” (Qur’an 31:17)
We might not realize at the moment but after some time we learn that problem made us stronger. Now the question arises Why Bad Things Happen to Good People? And answer is Allah is two things. First Allah love us more than any other person in the world. And Allah want whats best for us. If we are being fair in our affairs and still suffering from things than only reason is Allah is redirecting us to something better. And second reason is Allah is testing us to raising our ranks. When we start moving away from Allah so Allah give us hardships to turn us back. And this is beauty of being a Muslim. You are redirected in such a beautiful manner.
You see what separates Angels from humans is our ability to think through things. Angels just pray because it is their meaning of existence. For humans things are interesting though. We are blessed with an ability to think and act as per our will power. Good people are often tested more so they stay on track and use Sabar to move us their ranks. Yes, at times it gets really hard to overcome the failure but guess what this is is a test and what if we fail once? We try again right. Everyday you are gifted with 24 hours for a reason. Here is a little motivation for you. How do you find that your mission in this earth is over? Well, simple. Place your hand over your heart and feel it. Hear that? That’s life and it means you still have some good to do in this world. Don’t ever let the problems of this world turn you into a bad person. Let your willpower be stronger than your failure. Failed, so what try again. But fail better this time. And if you fail again. Try harder to fail better this time. Try until your heart finds peace. And only way your heart will find peace is by doing something that excites you. Something that makes you feel forget everything around you.
Failing is not a sin. Its totally normal. But whats important take away is to stay firm with whatever test you are given with. Embrace the test and learn from it. Be thankful to Allah for the test and ask HIM for Sabar and guidance for the test.
